Trish and I are excited to be a part of Barbara Koerble’s ‘Recombinant Abstraction’ at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center. Show is up through August 30th.
Saturday night shenanigans
Got this new baby a couple days ago, a heavy-duty Singer sewing machine. It sews like a dream, I love it! No more bogarting Trish’s Bernina, I have my own baby now. <3
deadWEST on Glasstire
Our installation of Fur at Gallery deadWEST gets some great coverage on Glasstire. Barbara Koerble writes about the alternative gallery space and the artists in the spring 2016 exhibition, Open Range: http://glasstire.com/2016/05/11/open-range-at-deadwest/
Rethinking Ceramics
Trish and I are thrilled to have our work published in the Rethinking Ceramics exhibition catalog, juried by surrealist ceramicist, Heidi Preuss. Thank you for selecting us, Heidi!

Valentines for Broken Hearts
Inspired by the UPS bill for shipping “Hoarder” to Georgia and back, Trish and I are making some small-scale surreal objects that we can afford to ship! I wanted to take the idea of pretty pinks, purples and reds of valentines and add an animal quality, decorating them with teeth and claws.
